    This was a nice collection of pretty basic recipes that a person would be able to make during the week. Lots of recipes with potatoes and Guinness in them so that's a bonus. Included are some cute typical Irish short stories....

    My mom is a big fan of this author so I was anxious to get this book from the library.Many of the recipes are traditional but I expected there to be more photographs of prepared dishes. The few included photos look very dated.Worth a boo....
