There's never a dull moment in this series. There may be points when you have no idea what in the world is going on, but soon things switch perspectives, jump to different timelines, locations and things start to fall into place like a gracefully constructed puzzle. I probably shoul...

*2,75 stars Ok, this is not the Attack On Titan I used to love. The story is taking a completely different route, and this volume especially dragged like hell. There are too many new characters I can't bring myself to care about, too much political mumbo jumbo and no action at all. ...

Story I feel like the story is starting to drag. Originally I picked up the manga because I had no idea if there would be a season 2 of the show and I really wanted to know what would happen next. It took a lot longer to get some of those answers and now that I have most of them, I'...

This is where all the scheming, negotiating and betraying happens. Also, lots of shirtless Eren panels, how could we ever forget that. ...

Eren Yeager has joined the ranks of the legendary manga men alongside Guts from Berserk and Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star. He?s gone full on antihero and has a badass new look to match. He?s matured so much as a character and he?s about to shake up the foundation of the en...

Eren both in human and titan form will always be my favorite character ? Shinzou wo Sasageyo!!! ...

So the last few volumes has really changed the genre of survival horror into political warfare. Between that and a lot of different characters discussing similiar issues almost repeatitivly can't help, but suggest the series is being milked for all it is worth. I'm hoping for a quick w...

Erin's been looking good these past few chapters ... lol ... (view spoiler)[ The girl that got saved by Sasha helping out the girl that killed Sasha (hide spoiler)] ... hope Gabi dies soon ... ...

Kind of a lot of politics and talking and very little to almost no action. Worst yet, it just seems like a bunch of comrades turning on each other. The stuff with Gabi and Falco was good though, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the volume. ...

Eren, what in the world is you doing? ...

Book-wise this series has gotten a little confusing. However it was still a gripping read. Looking forward for AOT Season 4. ...

Not much action this time, but got more information on the politics going on and who is working with who. Wasn't as exciting as some previous volumes but still a fun read for sure. ...

Barely 3 stars. This is getting so tedious. I don't think I'll keep reading this. It's a shame, I really liked this story. ...

3.5-- I still really enjoy this series but this volume and the past few have been really confusing and it's hard to keep up with WHEN the story is taking place and WHERE. I kind of feel like I'm missing something. ...

The rendering of the art has gotten much better as the series has progressed, but this was the first volume in a while where it was actually difficult to distinguish characters. This is probably because they all aged so quickly, and we didn't see that, and there are times when the only...

Eren has become a more mature, badass character with a very new look (a man bun and eight-pack). Gone is the young boy whose prime goal was simply to kill Titans to avenge his mother. Eren still has that intense drive to achieve what he has his mind set out on but appears more level-he...

This volume was mostly an in-between exposition about what happened after the attack on Marley. Honestly it was kinda dull and very confusing. All the characters look different so it?s hard to figure out who is who. The story jumps around and fills in details with random flashback...

this manga series is the only one i'm following. it's perfect. i love it. ...

Last few volumes it's just hard to keep up with everything what is going on. The story jumps from past to present, from one place to another and it's confusing. The manga is not very good at telling (or even hinting) the reader the fundamental information of where and when the scene ta...

This volume unsurprisingly picks up the (by now many) threads left hanging in the previous volume and adds a few more to boot. At times I cannot quite decide if I think Hajime Isayama's complex narrative is becoming needlessly so or even convoluted, with all its little twists and turns...

This volume is just all over the place. The timeline is just a mess and I can't follow what is going on. There are just too many time jumps, flashbacks, storylines, and new characters shoved into this volume. I would just start to understand a storyline, and then it would suddenly jump...

The wider world has come to Eren's world. In this volume we see the revelation of Mikasa's origins and we follow the two young Elidians from Marley who are now behind the wall. Old truths are not as trustworthy as they once were thought and now we see Eren making choices that seem a be...

The situation has gotten out of hand.Well,I cannot help but think that the Eren after the battle in Marley feels like a deconstruction of the fantasy trope "The chosen one".Eren is chosen but for good or evil.I hope he doesn't do something irrevocable, but this is Eren we are talking ab...

Eren, what the fuck are you doing?!?! This manga confuses me so much. Why would you betray your friends, what's your plan, how does it work? Because I don't understand anything. I really hope Isayama will tell us soon. Also, I really hope we get rid of Gabi soon. She's insufferabl...

As the story is moving into its final phase, I find myself growing concerned that the last stages will ultimately disappoint. I really enjoyed the revelations about the Titans and Marley and such, but the current plot threads are leaving me a bit flat. Hopefully it will start adding up...

Still intriguing and filled with big, complicated ideas about the relativistic nature of history/memory, but the plotting has become convoluted and thus difficult to follow. Hopefully Isayama intends to button up this series after a few more installments ...

can we start a petition for eren to be shirtless for the rest of the upcoming issues? this is starting to be a bit different from the Attack on Titans I started, but that's not bad, because a new ac is taking place, instead of all the same I'm-gonna-kill-them-all Eren we read about....

Finally decided to catch up on the latest chapters of Attack on Titan via Crunchyroll. Crazy stuff going down, but definitely a fun - if not gruesome at times - read. We're definitely into the final stretch of this series.
